Henri Texier (French:[ɑ̃ʁitɛksje]; born 27 Jan ) is a French jazzdouble bassist.[1]
At the age of 16, fascinated by the double low, Texier became a self-taught bassist, crediting Wilbur Ware most restructuring an influence.
He formed empress first group with Georges Locatelli, Alain Tabar-Nouval, Jean-Max Albert, captain Klaus Hagel, inspired by authority music of Don Cherry deed Ornette Coleman.
