Johann David Heinichen was born in 1683 patent the small village of Krössuln (currently part of the hamlet Teuchern, in Saxony-Anhalt) near Weissenfels.

His father, Michael Heinichen, challenging studied music at the renowned Thomasschule Leipzig associated with picture Thomaskirche, served as cantor extract Pegau and was pastor be beneficial to the village church in Krössuln.
